Todd Rhoad was born and raised in South Carolina. He now resides in Austin, Texas. He studied electrical engineering at the University of Missouri at Rolla, earning a master's degree in the field. He also received a master's degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. An avid lover of education, Todd also graduated from Arkansas State University, Mississippi County Community College and the College of the Air Force.
In just over twenty years, Todd has worked on projects ranging from Research and Development with top companies like Texas Instruments, Intel, IBM and many others, to program management of large Department of Defense contracts. Much of his work has involved scientific and engineering research facilities, cutting-edge analysis that has invariably found their way into his books.
Todd credits his second career as a writer in equal parts to a voracious appetite for finding better solutions to problems, and a compulsive desire to help others become more successful. He wrote "Blitz The Ladder" after more than 3 years of research. He developed his own Blitz team that still supports him today. Many of the lessons he learned through the development and growth of his team are woven into the book's pages.
As an author, speaker and consultant, Todd seeks opportunities to share his techniques with colleges, universities, associations and companies.
